Order in Council 1256/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and

section 3 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act, R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32, Order in Council O.C. 306/2015 reappointing John Edwin (Ted) Hargreaves as Commissioner of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission is revoked effective as of June 23, 2016.
