Order in Council 1607/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be appointed as part-time member and associate chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective April 25, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 548/2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 548/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
