B.C. Reg. 311/2008 , deposited November 5, 2008, pursuant to the LOCAL SERVICES ACT [Section 4] and the

INTERPRETATION ACT [Section 27 (4)]. Ministerial Order M270/2008, dated October 29, 2008.

I, Blair Lekstrom, Minister of Community Development, order that, effective December 1, 2008,

(

a) the Community Planning Area No. 28 Regulations, B.C. Reg. 70/81, is repealed,

(

b) the Community Planning Area No. 28 Distribution of Notices of Public Hearing, B.C. Reg. 309/87, is repealed,

(

c) the Community Planning Area No. 28 Dease Lake Mobile Home Park Regulation, 1991, B.C. Reg. 80/91 is repealed, and

(

d) the Community Planning Area No. 28 Dease Lake Land Use Regulation, 1991, B.C. Reg. 81/91 is repealed.
