Order in Council 102/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1829/2022 dated December 15, 2022, William F. McGrath of Wingham was appointed as a member of the Township of North Huron Police Services Board for a term of two years effective January 31, 2023;

And

whereas pursuant to By-Law No. 83-2022 passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Township of North Huron on August 8, 2022, the Township of North Huron Police Services Board is disbanded effective December 31, 2022;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1829/2022 dated December 15, 2022, appointing William F. McGrath as a member of the Township of North Huron Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
