OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 21, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to: (

a) acquire the parcel labelled "Lot No. 11" shown outlined in red on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Kevin Williams, his heirs, agents, assigns or successors, subject to the condition that Kevin Williams, his heirs, agents, assigns or successors be able to certify title to this land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
