OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated January 12, 2024, and pursuant to subsection 3(1) and

Section 6 of

Chapter 358 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Private Ways Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint David McNairn of Amherst, Nova Scotia, as a Commissioner to conduct an inquiry into the application and petition of M. Keddy Farm and Forest Limited for a right of way over lands presently identified by PID 60122249; and (

b) set the amount of remuneration for the services of the Commissioner to be $300 per hour (plus HST) in addition to reimbursing the Commissioner’s disbursements and expenses to include meals, lodging, and mileage, all of which is to be paid by the petitioner.
