OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 23, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Amanda Verku l, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-381 dated July 8, 1999, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia; and (
b) appoint Amanda Priest of Truro, Colchester County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
