Section 5 of

Chapter 21 of the Acts of 1990, the Public Prosecutions Act,

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and

Section 10 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of Eric Ralph Woodburn, K.C. as Acting Director of Public Prosecutions for a further 3-month term, effective November 24, 2025.
