OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Mines dated June 29, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Energy and Mines entering into a Memorandum of Understanding and a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the Canada Infrastructure Bank respecting the potential financing by the Canada Infrastructure Bank of new renewable energy projects in Nova Scotia, in the form or to like effect as described in the Report and Recommendation.
