Section of the Service New Brunswick Act,

chapter of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2015, is amended L’article de la

Loi sur Services Nouveau- Brunswick,

chapitre des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 2015, est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) by striking out “for a term of three years” and substituting “for a term not exceed- ing three years”;

a) au paragraphe (1), par la suppression de « mandat de trois ans » et son remplacement par « mandat maximal de trois ans »; (

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “for a term of three years” and substituting “for a term not exceed- ing three years”.
