OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated June 5, 2008, pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty The Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, of 8.568 hectares, more or less, a portion of PID 10060721 of land situate, lying and being at or near Beech Hill, County of Antigonish, Province of Nova Scotia, and being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the said report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, the said expropriation being for a public purpose; namely, for the purpose of a public highway, the twinning of Highway 104.
