OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 9, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Revised Project Funding Agreement for the period April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2026, with Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, regarding Nova Scotia's Victim Services Project entitled "Enhancement of Services for Victims of Crime in Nova Scotia", substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
