OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated September 22, 1999, pursuant to

Section 14 of

Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses, effective August 1, 1999: Elizabeth Crowley Meagher of Halifax Regional Municipality; Beverly Billard of Halifax Regional Municipality; Wendy Lindsay of Halifax Regional Municipality; and Shelly Wilkie of Halifax Regional Municipality.
