OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 18, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) purchase land located at Moshers Island, Lunenburg County, containing 21.30+/- hectares (52.63+/- acres) and shown shaded and labelled "Lands of Dawson Mosher" on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation from Dawson Robert Mosher, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns for $125,000, subject to the condition that Dawson Robert Mosher, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
