Bill No. 26 of 1945. A BILL TO AMEND THE DEBTORS' ASSISTANCE ACT NOTE. The present

section of the above Act provides that expenditures incurred unde'r it are to be paid out of the vote for The Debt Adjustment Act. As that Act has been repealed, the change made by this Bill has become necessary. W. S. GRAY, Legislative Counsel. An Act to amend The Debtors' Assistance Act. (Assented to , 1945.) HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows: ~. The Debtors' Assilstance Act, being

chapter 7 'Of the Statutes of Alberta, 1943, is hereby amended as to

section by striking out the same and by substituting therefor the following: "8. The expenditures incurred under this Act shall be paid out of moneYls appropriated for the purpose by the Legisla ture." 2. This Act shall ,come into :£or,ceon the day upon which it is assented to.
