OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated February 25, 2003, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1993, the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, is pleased to nominate Donald MacLellan of Inverness, Inverness County, for reappointment by the Council of Maritime Premiers, as a member of the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission, for a term of office not to exceed three years.
