OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 19, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land at North and West Intervale, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, being identified as PIDs 35021484, 35096148 and 35215722 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Dermot A. Chisholm, Lorna M. Chisholm, Archibald .J. Chisholm, and Isabel Chisholm, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $559,255.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Dermot A. Chisholm, Lorna M. Chisholm, Archibald J.

Chisholm, and Isabel Chisholm, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
