Order in Council 2361/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Eugenia Papageorgiou was reappointed a part-time member of the Board of Directors of the Human Rights Legal Support Centre for the Province of Ontario for a term of two years, effective June 8, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 874/2016;

And

whereas Eugenia Papageorgiou tendered her resignation effective October 6, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 45.14(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 874/2016 be revoked effective October 6, 2017.
