OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated August 8, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services entering into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $2,569,000 resulting from the capital expenses required for the upgrade and resourcing of the AMANDA Platform.
