OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 8, 2011, is pleased, effective on and after April 19, 2011, (
a) pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, to approve of amendments made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission to \x09(i)\x09the Nova Scotia Crop Insurance Plan for Tree Fruit, N.S. Reg. 121/2003, made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-268 dated June 20, 2003, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; \x09\x09(ii)\x09the Crop Insurance Plan for Winter Grain, N.S. Reg. 134/2002, made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-487 dated November 1, 2002, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; \x09(iii)\x09the Dairy Livestock Insurance Plan, N.S. Reg. 114/2002, made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-407 dated September 13, 2002, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "C" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, to authorize the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission to enter into the net debt obligations created by the amendments in Schedules "A", "B" and "C" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
