OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 8, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 9 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the AIDS Advisory Commission Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Cheryl A. Morris of Halifax Regional Municipality (Lower Sackville), Halifax County as a member of the Advisory Commission on AIDS for a term of three years commencing August 7, 2012; and (
b) direct that the reasonable expenses incurred by Cheryl A. Morris in performing her duties associated with the Advisory Commission on AIDS be paid in accordance with the guidelines approved for civil servants.
