On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

A proclamation in respect of the Jobs for Today and Tomorrow Act (Budget Measures), 2016 be issued in the form set out in the Schedule.

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

November 8, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Jobs for Today and Tomorrow Act (Budget Measures), 2016 , c. 5, which amend the Pooled Registered Pension Plans Act, 2015 , come into force:
