B.C. Reg. 221/2013 , deposited October 28, 2013, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated October 25, 2013.

I, May Mah-Paulson, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(

a) B.C. Reg. 66/2003 is repealed and the mineral reserve it established is continued under subparagraph (b) (ii), and

(

b) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended

(

i) in sections 2 and 3 by striking out “established” and substituting “established or continued”, and

(ii) by adding the following site to the Table:
