OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 9, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into a Memorandum of Understanding in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 24, 2018.
