OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 25, 2003, pursuant to
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Annapolis Valley District Health Authority to enter into a financial transaction for purposes of borrowing a sum not to exceed two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) in Canadian funds to finance the construction of Fidelis House, effective on and after May 23, 2003.
