On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Art Gallery of Ontario Act ,

Leslie McCarley of Toronto

be appointed as a trustee of the board of trustees of the Art Gallery of Ontario for a fixed term of 3 years, effective July 1, 2020
