OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated August 1, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Angela Sanford of Kennetcook, Hants County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of one (1) year commencing October 4, 2017; and (
b) determine that, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority, she shall receive remuneration in respect of her appointment at a rate of $25.00 per meeting.
