OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated March 9, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of surplus property, located at 2951 Highway #1, Upper Clements, Annapolis County, consisting of a +/- 0.52 acre lot and a 1.5 storey building of approximately 1000 square feet, to the Upper Clements and District Community Association of Upper Clements, a non-profit organization, with a registered office in Upper Clements, Annapolis County, for the nominal consideration of $1.00, more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown on

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the Minister of Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Public Works to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
