EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would amend the Access to Information and Protection of

Privacy Act, 2015 to add a reference to the Interpersonal Violence Disclosure Protocol Act in

Schedule A.

Be it enacted by the Lieutenant-Governor and

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Schedule A of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 is

amended by adding immediately after paragraph (j.1) t he

following:

(j.2)

section 6 and paragraph 7(1 )(

b) of the Interpersonal Violence Disclosure

Protocol Act;
