OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 8, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2010-43 dated February 2, 2010 that appointed George Smith as a Member of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission and designated him as the Vice-chair so as to provide him remuneration in the amount of $100 per day for carrying out official duties as a Member and Vice-chair of the Commission and also to provide compensation for necessary expenses incurred by him in the performance of his official duties effective March 29, 2011.
