OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 27, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Linda Percy, made pursuant to Order in Council 94-705 dated August 17, 1994; and (

b) appoint Linda Power of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union.
