OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 30, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment effective August 1, 1999, of Bonnie Bruce of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 98-334, dated June 30, 1998; and (

b) appoint Bonnie Lee of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
