OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated April 25, 2015, and (
a) pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act , is pleased to revoke the appointment of Deborah Ann Vandewater, as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board, effective on June 2, 2015; and (
b) pursuant to Sections 7 and 10 of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act , is pleased to appoint Lynn Miller, of Pugwash, Cumberland County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board, nominated by the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia, for a term of three (3) years commencing on June 2, 2015.
