OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 12, 2007, and pursuant to clauses 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(d), and
Section 5 of
Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and to Sections 59A(a), 59C(1), and 59C(1A) of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve financial assistance by way of an environmental indemnity in favour of Nova Forge Corp. generally as outlined in
Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated December 12, 2007; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such indemnities, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
