OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 21, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of 2002, the Volunteer Protection Act, is pleased to make new regulations respecting the designation of non-profit organizations and to designate the Canadian Mental Health Association, Nova Scotia Division, as a non-profit organization, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after July 29, 2005.
