OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council, dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to clause 19B(2) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to assign responsibility for the Communications Nova Scotia Agency to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Communications Nova Scotia.
