OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated December 1, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to establish a new renewable electricity standard requiring Nova Scotia Power Incorporated to acquire at least 135 GWh of dispatchable renewable electricity each year from 2023 to 2025, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 19, 2022.
