Order in Council 1019/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Donald Wright has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Metrolinx by Order in Council O.C. 1017, dated August 13, 2018 and designated as Chair of the Board by Order in Council O.C. 1018, dated August 13, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 9(7) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16, Donald Wright shall be paid annual remuneration of one hundred forty-six thousand seven hundred dollars ($146,700.00).
