Order in Council 1069/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 ,

Mario Cortellucci of Vaughan

be reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of York Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from the later of October 20, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
