Section 13 of

Chapter 31 of the Acts of 1996, the Sales Tax Act, is pleased to amend the Sales Tax Act Regulations, N.S. Reg. 33/97, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 97-208 dated April 1, 1997, to implement the first-time home buyer rebate program in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 1, 2010.
