Order in Council 1266/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Michel Robert Labelle, Barrister and Solicitor of Timmins, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective September 7, 2016 .
