OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs dated November 17, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective November 29, 2022, to approve the Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs entering into an Agreement with the Council of Atlantic Premiers and the incoming Secretary, Murray Ryan, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
