OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 27, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to Order in Council 2006-121 dated February 24, 2006, is pleased, effective June 27, 2006, to assign responsibility for Nova Scotia Fisheries and Aquaculture to the Honourable Ronald Chisholm, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
