OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 20, 2026, pursuant to subsection 20(2) of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2025, the Justice Administration Amendment (Fall 2025) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 13 to 16 of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2025, the Justice Administration Amendment (Fall 2025) Act, do come into force on and not before March 3, 2026.
