OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 9, 2007, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a quit claim deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey the Crown's interest in a parcel of land containing an area of approximately 700 square metres, more or less, situate at Herring Cove, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Joseph Dempsey and Julie Dempsey, both of Herring Cove, Halifax County, their heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
