Order in Council 2421/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, and in accordance with

Schedule "A" of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Chair of the Ontario Trillium Foundation and the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport,

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1443/2017, dated July 11, 2017, Sima Fizul of Toronto was appointed as a member of the Toronto Grant Review Team for a period not exceeding July 10, 2020;

And

whereas his name should have appeared as Fizul Sima;

Therefore O.C. 1443/2017 is hereby amended to reflect the name of the appointee as follows: Fizul Sima.
