B.C. Reg. 172/2020 , deposited July 10, 2020, under the COVID-19 RELATED MEASURES ACT [sections 3 and 10]. Order in Council 391/2020, approved and ordered July 10, 2020.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
(
a) the COVID-19 Related Measures Act , S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is brought into force, and
(
b) the COVID-19 Related Measures Act is amended as set out in the attached Schedule, effective on the dates as set out
in that Schedule.

Schedule
1 Effective June 16, 2020, item 4 in
Schedule 1 of the COVID-19 Related Measures Act,
S.B.C. 2020, c. 8, is repealed.
2 Effective April 14, 2020, item 3 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
3 Effective June 23, 2020, item 4 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
4 Effective April 21, 2020, item 6 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
5 Effective May 7, 2020, item 12 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
6 Effective on the date on which the last extension of the declaration of a state
of emergency made March 18, 2020 under
section 9 (1) of the Emergency Program Act
expires or is cancelled, items 14, 15, and 18 in
Schedule 2 are repealed.
7 Effective on the date this regulation is deposited under the Regulations Act,
Schedule 2 is amended by adding the following rows after the row for item 21:

8 Effective September 1, 2020, item 22 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
9 Effective 45 days after the date on which the last extension of the declaration
of a state of emergency made March 18, 2020 under
section 9 (1) of the Emergency Program
Act expires or is cancelled, item 23 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
10 Effective on the date that is one year after the date that the COVID-19 Related
Measures Act is brought into force, item 24 in
Schedule 2 is repealed.
