Order in Council 815/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Luis Agostinho of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 27, 2027.

Further,

whereas Luis Agostinho was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 28, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 206/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 206/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
