On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Ski Hill Property Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 291/2007, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 7 of the Ski Hill Property Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 291/2007, is amended by striking out “ $209 517 000 ” and substituting “ $250 898 000 ”.

a) in items 9, 17 and 18 by striking out “ 2008 ” and substituting “ 2015 ”,

(

b) in item 19 by striking out “ 2011 ” and substituting “ 2015 ”,

(

(
