OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 6, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 2 of

Chapter 244 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Justices of the Peace Act, and clauses 18(l)(

a) and (

b) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 94-118 dated February 8, 1994, as amended by Order in Council 94-536 dated June 28, 1994, by striking out "Deborah S. Ansems" on page 11 of

Schedule "A" and substituting "Deborah Susan de Graaf".
